These are the oils that can be produced:

Quicksilver = BloodSeeker (Greater)
Brimstone = Acid
Cobalt = Lightning
Colcothar = Frost/Cold
Turpeth = Fire


NOTE:
putting elemental oil on any head, no matter what type will produce a regular elemental. Thus putting Frost Oil on a blunt head will result in a frost head, not a frost blunt head. So, use the cheap heads. The only oil that leaves the head type is BloodSeeker oil to make Greaters (and not greater elementals).
